Paul is the founder and principal of Triad Advisory. An interdisciplinary thinker, he has led scenario and strategy development in energy, finance and higher education sectors. He has served as COO of investment institutions across retail funds, endowments and pensions. He was also COO of Oxford's Saïd Business School.

David is a facilitator, coach and resilience specialist. He works with teams to help them make effective decisions in conditions of uncertainty and pressure. He has co-developed the Triad investment scenarios programme.

Chris is a seasoned independent strategy consultant with a strong analytical and process focus. He has worked with FTSE-100 companies and start-ups on evidence-based business strategies, and is the founder of StratNavApp.com.

Jake brings research depth to client projects. Oxford-trained Human Scientist with an emphasis on real behaviour. Career in qualitative research in Asia, Australia and Europe with Directorships at Research International and Added Value (WPP) with a special emphasis on financial behaviour. 

Kirsty is an executive coach and consultant with specialist expertise in intercultural dynamics. She works with teams to build global growth strategies that work across borders. 

Gareth is the founder of Mirador Solutions, an asset management consultancy supporting clients with change management across their technology, data management, and outsourcing domains. Mirador can enable Triad clients to execute transformational change. 

Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in financial services primarily focused on compliance, risk and anti-money laundering. He holds a Masters in Financial Services Regulation and a number of other relevant industry qualifications.
